Tracy started working for Kitson & Trotman as a secretary 1n 1985 and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 1991. She continued to work for Kitson & Trotman and became a partner in 1997.
Tracy has specialised in private client work since 1995 and advises on elderly client care and incapacity, wills, trusts and probate and relating tax matters. She is a member of the Probate section of the Law Society, the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, Solicitors for the Elderly and is on the Mencap panel of Solicitors.
Tracy is married to a country vet and is a keen horse rider.
