Michael Conroy MC, the firm’s former senior partner and now a consultant, trained as a solicitor whilst still serving in the Royal Engineers. He qualified with London firm Charles Russell in 1973 and joined Kitson and Trotman in 1979. Michael’s practice for business clients includes sales and acquisitions of companies and unincorporated businesses, business start-ups, including partnership agreements and shareholder agreements together with related property transactions. His private client work includes taxation, trusts and agricultural matters.
Michael, married with two adult children, is a keen yachtsman, sailing his boat regularly in races and, with his family, cross-channel cruising.
